One after another, countries are closing their borders and making quarantine mandatory for travellers as a preventive effort against the coronavirus outbreak. We are helping our clients as best we can in the following ways:

• If you are currently visiting a country which has announced compulsory quarantine measures or enforced a travel ban downright, please contact TravelhouseUK if you wish to have your flight rescheduled. If such restrictive policies are not announced, you are good to fly back on your previous dates. Rescheduling flights may add to the cost further, so be prepared. However, most airlines have waived off the date change fees and only fare and tax differences may apply. The goal is to make it possible for you to reach your home before restrictive policies take effect.

• If you are scheduled to visit any country this March 2020 that has recently enforced an entry ban on incoming travellers, please get in touch with us immediately. Flights are rescheduled upon demand, so if you have alternate dates in mind speak to your agent or one of our experts.

CHANGES

If you book flights with TravelhouseUK and your departure is before the end of the summer break (ending August 2020) you can change dates at no extra fees apart from fare tax differences which will be minimized by selecting appropriate dates. 

CANCELLATIONS

If there is an advice by the FCO of not to travel to a certain region and your flight falls within a 30 day period the airline is going to refund the tickets or you can change them to a later date. However please note some airlines are processing the refunds with applicable charges. Please call and speak to one of our experts for further guidance.
