The Hong Kong-based airline, Cathay Pacific has announced its early Bird sale for this season today. The airline has stated in its press release that this sale is valid for departures from March 01 to March 31 and also for a second season starting from 23 April to June 15, 2011.
This SALE is restricted to the UK only and can be booked or sold from March 01 to March 17, 2011 – a 17 days selling period. Seats and fares are subject to availability. The minimum stay period is 5 days and Maximum about 1 year for the cheapest classes in Economy Cabin. The fares are valid on flights leaving from London Heathrow and via Hong Kong. The destinations included are Singapore, Bangkok, Phuket, Manila, Cebu, Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Penang, Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya, Taipei, Kaohsiung and Phnom Penh.
In the season starting from March 01 and up to March 31st, travellers can book their flights starting from 370 GBP up to 480 and a maximum of 560 GBP approx excl. taxes and S.C. These fares will be available on first come first serve basis. Also, all flights are return flights.
Out of the above, Cathy Pacific’s most popular flight’s routes are flights to Thailand capital Bangkok and Thailand’s most popular beach city Phuket. All flights involve a short stopover and change in Hong Kong. Please inquire for a longer stopover / overnight stay in Hong Kong if required.
The second season starts from 23 April to 15 June, for these travelling dates or any dates in between them; the flight fares with Cathay Pacific range from 355 to 545 GBP return fares approx excl. tax and service charges.
Other than Thailand, Cathay Pacific’s flights to the Philippines cities Manila and Cebu are always in the limelight.
