The UAE based airline, Emirates airline has launched an additional daily A380 flight service from Dubai to Jeddah. The airline has expanded its existing operations between the UAE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as this route has proven to be popular with both business and leisure travellers alike. Moreover, Emirates is considered as the first choice of Business and Leisure travellers.
The Super Jumbo A380 is can accommodate up to 517 passengers on a flight to Jeddah from Dubai. This aircraft is divided in a three-class configuration serving Business, Premium and Economy standards.
Enlightening the goal of Emirates airline and its emphasis on strengthening its position in the Middle East, Emirates official statement says:
“Emirates remains committed to the Saudi market with a total of 42 flights per week to four cites including; Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Al Medinah al Munawarah.”
At this occasion, Ahmed Khoory, Emirates Senior Vice President Commercial Operations, Gulf stated:
“The A380 has received an overwhelmingly positive response from the Saudi market since it was introduced onto our Jeddah route in February 2010. The launch of a second A380, Emirates’ flagship aircraft, into Jeddah highlights our commitment to providing travellers in Saudi with the very latest in aircraft innovations”
