Arabian Business reported Emirate Airline and Group’s chairman & chief executive, Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al-Makhtom, as announcing new flights to Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires from the company, starting next year.
He was further reported to have said that such destinations in South America were much desired by people around the world and that Emirates had already been operating flights to Sao Paulo for the past four years.
Moreover, the Minister for Tourism of Argentina, Carlos Enrique Meyer, has regarded Emirate’s move as beneficial for Argentinean economy since it was likely to accelerate tourism, investment and trade.
Worthy of mentioning here, is the fact that Brazil has played an important role in improving South American Economy plus assisting it with oil income as well as providing a helping hand for its foreign trade with many countries including the Arab world.
