Allowing for an open travel gateway between United States and Saudi Arabia, the two countries have signed an Open Skies agreement with each other in a latest development. According to U.S. State Department acting deputy spokesman Mark C. Toner, while speaking at a press briefing, the new development is expected to further strengthen U.S and Saudi tourism and trade ties along with easing out their Bilateral aviation relationships.
Further, he said that this new agreement which was initiated on Monday would be applied on the basis of cooperation between the two nations.
In the view of Toner, The agreement shows high hopes for being a benefit to American and Saudi Business, Businessmen and Tourists along with increasing flight services which would intern lead to increased price competition and provision of better services incorporating safety and security.
