Tell Atlas Range– Tell Atlas range extends towards the area of Tunisia by spreading over an area of almost 1,500 kilometres. Towards the southern side lies a great plateau that features salty surfaces in the dry weather and lakes in the rainy season. An elephantine plateau that is blanketed with lakes in rainfall and gets covered with salty fields in the dry season is situated in the southernmost edge.
Saharan Atlas Range– Saharan Atlas range is highly famous for the peak of Djebel Aissa that lies at the height of almost 7,336 feet in the eastern part of the range. As this part receives a heavy rainfall, it is considered to be the best for agricultural and cultivation purposes.
Aurès Mountain Range– The eastern side of the mountain range which is situated in Algeria and Tunisia in far away territories is known as Aures mountain range.
