Just follow the following simple tips to stay super fit and energized during and after the vacations:
Cut the carbs-eat veggies:
So, while on vacations you don’t need to eat anything and everything. Especially when you are out on an expedition do keep a watch on what you are eating. Avoid too many carbs and unhealthy oily food; try some fresh veggies, lean proteins and fruits as an alternative.
Short workouts:
Try to wake up early. Though it is difficult as you are officially having a break, try to be a bit active. Wake up at least an hour before your day starts so that you could get a simple workout or yoga before heading out.it will help relax your muscles.

This is a small quick tip which you can be helpful where ever you go. A skipping rope is a lighter and easiest alternative to get a quick cardio. So always keep a skipping rope in your bag and try to skip a bit before you start enjoying your day.
Lodging amenities:
Whenever you are travelling and making a reservation for your accommodation, do check the amenities the place has to offer. Apart from a health breakfast and a cozy bed, it would be ideal if your lodging facility offers a gym or a pool. You can always go to that gym and get yourself toned-up. Or you can head to the pool and have a swim before or after a meal, as swimming is a great exercise to invigorate body.

Get to know your body. Your body has an inbuilt function of letting you know when it wants something. If you feel exhausted or indolent, get some rest. No need to push your limits. Be calm and get yourself a massage or just lay back on a deck chair and enjoy the view. You don’t have to be harsh with your body.
