It was opened in 1888 for the use of peak residents and British Governor and now it is operated and owned by Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels Group. Lugard Road:
A semi circular walking road in Hong Kong that links with Harlech road to encircle the Victoria Peak. It is famous for its simplicity, tranquillity and its view. Peak Tower:

It is located opposite to the Peak Tower and has many gift shops, cafe, restaurants and book shops.
