Cambodia is not only famous for its picturesque and mesmerizing sites but also features plenty of dining options that have no match. Its most common and special form is amok chouk- the steamed snails, also in the form if curry), Num Chak ( a coconut and sticky rice that are grilled in Chak Leaves), Num Sang Khya Lpeou ( the combination of coconut milk, sugar , palm , egg yolks and pumpkin to form the sweet and delicious custard), Samla Mchou KRoesung Sach Ko( a sour soup containing spicy and chilli beef), Sieng Khith ( fermented soy bean that is cooked with fresh vegetables), Sngao Chruok Moan ( a delicious soups that is served with herbs) and Sngao Mreah ( a form of bitter gourd soup that is served with minced pork).

The climate is very much favourable for the production of a large number of fruits, especially during the mid-year season. You will be enthralled to see various different types of bananas and each one of them has its own unique and dainty taste. Other must-try fruits of the area are durian, mangosteen, pineapple, mango, rambutan and coconut.
